Meet the Team

What if the goal isn’t to get rid of your thoughts and feelings—but to change your relationship with them?

With over nine years of experience, I support individuals and couples navigating ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, existential anxiety, and other mental health challenges. My work blends Jungian, existential, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches to help you better understand your patterns, reconnect with your values, and move toward meaningful change.

I’ve lived with ADHD since I was twelve, so I bring both professional training and personal insight to the table. I understand the frustration—and the strengths—that can come with it. My goal is to offer practical tools, honest conversations, and a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their inner world, uncover hidden patterns, and work toward clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. Together, we can explore your inner narratives and take meaningful steps toward growth, insight, and serenity.

Welcome to a place where you can drop anchor and be yourself, free from judgment. In an atmosphere of acceptance and authenticity, I offer a safe space where you can be supported, seen, and heard. Practicing with empathy, compassion, curiosity, and respect, my focus is on relational healing and promoting meaningful change and understanding. Working at a pace that's comfortable for each individual, I'm passionate about helping others gain insight while exploring life experiences and emotional wounds to allow for growth and healing.

Having someone beside you who listens and offers unconditional support can make all the difference when processing various aspects of your life. It is my genuine hope that you’ll feel supported in this way throughout our work together, and that you’ll experience a connection that is collaborative and encouraging.

Drawing from humanistic, neurobiological, and somatic perspectives, my approach is unique for each person’s needs and circumstances. Please email me to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions!

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge—like no matter how hard you try, things don’t fully settle. Maybe you’re carrying a lot from your past, navigating difficult relationships, or just trying to hold everything together day to day. You don’t have to do that alone.

I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions—especially those who have felt misunderstood or overwhelmed by systems meant to support them. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to unpack and process what is holding you back.

My approach is warm, real, and grounded. I focus on creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, while also helping you build practical tools to manage what you’re going through. I work at your pace, balancing support with gentle challenge—when you’re ready.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break, or weighed down by anxiety, sadness, or uncertainty? Maybe you’re struggling to manage stress at work, facing relationship difficulties, or feeling lost as you navigate a major life change.

You might notice that despite your best efforts, old habits or negative thoughts keep resurfacing, making it hard to move forward. Perhaps you’re longing for a sense of peace, clarity, and confidence, but no matter what you try, lasting change feels just out of reach. You deserve support as you work through these struggles and life challenges.

In therapy, you can find a safe space to explore your feelings, gain new insights, and build coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can work toward the growth and healing you seek.

I practice out of De Witt, IA. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and difficulties finding balance in their daily lives. Many clients come to therapy seeking support, clarity, and practical strategies to help them navigate personal, emotional, or professional challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop toolsthat support meaningful, achievable change.

I enjoy working with clients ages 10 and up, especially those navigating stress, anxiety, identity development, or life transitions. My work combines a supportive, compassionate presence with concrete, actionable strategies so you can make progress both inside and outside the therapy room.

Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. Therapy offers a chance to slow down, reflect, and realign with your values and inner resilience. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you and walk alongside you as you take meaningful steps toward a more grounded and empowered life.

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create stronger, more secure, and more meaningful connections. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, understand their emotional patterns, and move toward healing and lasting change.

My work is grounded in attachment science and informed by specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and the Gottman Method.

I have experience working with couples facing communication difficulties, conflict, betrayal, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, family concerns, and personal growth. Additionally, I enjoy supporting families, including blended, foster, adoptive, and post-adoptive families as they navigate complex relational dynamics.

I believe every person has an innate desire to feel seen, valued, and securely connected. Whether you are struggling in your marriage, facing family challenges, or seeking personal healing, my hope is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect as we work toward greater clarity, restoration, and connection.
