Through Jungian psychology, we explore unconscious patterns, archetypal influences, and recurring narratives that shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. ACT provides tools to develop psychological flexibility, helping clients engage with their experiences without self-judgment and take purposeful steps aligned with their values.
